GO BE BEAUTIFUL! (OR INTELETRAVEL.COM) Is a medical travel
service agent firm operating in the United States specializing
in medical treatment and recuperation packages in other
countries. In this role, we research and gather publicly
available information and provide this information to you for
your personal use in making a more informed decision about your
medical treatment options outside North America.
Not A Medical Referral Service
Go Be Beautiful! (or Inteletravel.com) is not a medical
referral service and does not endorse, recommend, or approve any
healthcare provider listed in the Site. We are not medical
professionals and will not discuss or advise any issues relating
to medical treatment. We facilitate contact with, and provide
information about doctors in countries outside the USA and
provide information about their credentials in order for you to
make informed decisions. We do not, however, recommend any
preferred or specific doctors for your desired medical
treatment. We encourage and advise you to discuss all medical
issues with your own medical doctor at home, before making a
decision on medical treatment abroad. Through our partner
organizations and our in-depth research we provide information
about available medical treatment and recuperation and packages
to assist you making an informed decision regarding your medical
treatment and travel needs.
You agree to assume all responsibility in connection with
choosing any doctor for your desired procedure. We assume no
responsibility or liability for any treatment or other services
rendered by any doctor, or for any malpractice claims and other
claims that may arise directly or indirectly from any such
advice, treatment or other services.

ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST
PROFITS AND DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM INCONVENIENCE, DELAY, OR
LOSS OF USE) ARISING OUT OF USE OF THIS SITE, ANY SITE
MATERIALS, ARRANGEMENTS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION OBTAINED ON OR
THROUGH THIS SITE, OR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED ON OR

Indemnity

Beautiful! (or Inteletravel.com) and our affiliates, and our and
their respective directors, officers, members, employees,
agents, representatives, attorneys, successors and assigns, from
and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries,
liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable
attorneys' fees and litigation expenses), relating to or arising
from (i) your use of this Site, any Site Materials, or services
obtained on or through this Site, (ii) any arrangements you make
based on information obtained on or through this Site, or (iii)
any breach by you of our Terms & Conditions.
Venue
You agree that this User Agreement shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the law of the State of Florida,
USA. We agree that any legal action or proceeding under or with
respect to this agreement may be brought in the courts of the
State of Florida, USA or other courts having jurisdiction in the
State of Florida; and for the purpose of any such legal action
or proceeding, you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such
courts. You hereby agree not to raise and waive any objection to
or any defense based upon the venue of such courts and any
objection or defense based upon an inconvenient form. You also
agree not to bring any legal action or proceeding under or with
respect to this agreement outside the State of Florida, USA
unless, for some reason, the courts of the State of Florida and
other courts having jurisdiction in the State of Florida refuse
or do not have jurisdiction in the matter.
Service Terms of Use
Payment Terms
All participants will be required to make payment through
certified or personal check, online payment through PayPal (.05%
charge applies), or cash in order to confirm all bookings. Four
weeks prior to departure, a 20% deposit of the total procedure
price will be required to reserve booking.
Cancellation & Changes
Because of the special nature of the medical travel services
featured in this Site, our partners and affiliates may impose
variable cancellation fees. You agree that Go Be Beautiful! (or
Inteletravel.com) has no control over such fees and cannot
consider making any exceptions to these charges or fees that may
change.
Airfares are subject to different rules and cancellation
fees; some maybe non-refundable. To protect against cancellation
charges, we strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation
Protection and Travel Interruption Insurance.
Travel Documents
All participants must be in possession of a valid passport
during time of travel. Please check for current travel visa
requirements for the country of your treatment at time of
booking. Go Be Beautiful! (or Inteletravel.com) will provide
visa information and assistance when applicable, but ultimately,
it is your responsibility to obtain all necessary travel
documents for yourself.
Privacy Policy
We respect your right to privacy. For this reason, you are
not required to give us your name or other personal information
to visit our web site.
We will guard the information you share with us to ensure the
content, services, and advertising that we provide are always
relevant to your stated preferences.
Your information is not stored on our web site. It is kept in
an electronic data file and is guarded behind a firewall when
that computer is connected to the internet. An offline backup of
the file, used only for data recovery purposes in the event of a
system failure, may also exist. Paper records are kept in a
secure location.
When you provide us with your name, e-mail address, mailing
address and/or telephone number, we may use the provided
information to process sales transactions authorized by you, and
from time to time, offer useful and informative articles, alert
you to new products, services, special offers and other

Application forms and medical records
The information you give us as part of the application
process or during any follow-up interview is considered to be
part of your medical records and is therefore considered
strictly confidential. We respect all legislation and/or
regulations regarding the confidentiality of medical records as
they apply in the United States and Argentina. As part of the
application process, you give us permission to share your
medical records with caregivers in our partner hospitals as well
as your family doctor and any other relevant referring physician
you have already consulted. Each of these organizations will
have their own privacy policy, which may differ from ours. We
encourage you to learn about their privacy policy statements. We
may also need access to medical records from a referring
physician.
