Getting Started with Go Be Beautiful!

Curious about the whole process? We are here to help! This outline gives the typical steps that Go Be Beautiful clients have gone through in the past.

1. Explore our website and review some of the options that are available to you by visiting some of the links and by searching online.
2. Read through the “Our Services” page to learn why Go Be Beautiful offers a premium “boutique” type of travel service and what makes us different from our competitors.
3. Contact us by phone or email, or by filling out the form on the “Contact” page. We will contact you promptly, and will provide initial answers to questions you might have as well as guidance in helping you make the best of your experience. You may want to send photos or pictures of yourself which will be kept in private and destroyed when your treatment is over.
4. Begin planning treatment and choose your doctors. Your Go Be Beautiful representative will review the procedures you are seeking and will help to begin coordinating services with providers that you choose.
5. Read and sign the Travel Deposit (click here) and Terms and Conditions (click here) agreement forms.
6.  Email, mail, or fax the forms to us and send in your deposit via check, PayPal, or in-person by cash.
7. Talk with your Go Be Beautiful representative about standard pre-operative tests that are required, as well as fill out the standard medical questionnaire. You will be required to complete blood tests and heart (EKG) tests before you are able to undergo surgical procedures.
8. Your GBB representative will send you an email asking you about your expectations for any cosmetic or surgical  procedures. Be sure to make your expectations realistic compared with what you can achieve or afford.
9. Choose Travel Dates: Go to the News and Updates page and choose a travel date based upon one or more of the tours. If you would like to travel on a different date, no problem! Simply send us an email (or phone call) and let us know when you would like to travel. We will work with you, the level of companionship you would like, and our schedules to make sure that your travel dates work.
10. Hotels or Apartments and Accommodations:You will receive an email that provides information about several hotels in Buenos Aires and also about weekly apartment rentals (which are great ways to save money and live in a beautiful apartment, most with maid services). We ask for this information very early in the process so we can include the costs in your quotation. Once reviewed, please make a decision and email or call with your choice. Please consider your options thoroughly.
11. Passport: If you do not already have a Passport, be sure to obtain one as soon as possible.
    
12. Price Quotes: You will receive a price quotation for the procedure(s) and accommodations. Also, if Go Be Beautiful has arranged for travel, you will be offered a number of transportation options.
13. The next three steps happen at once
14.  Tentatively Book Your Procedure(s): We will request your preferred doctor's consultation and surgery date(s) or will help you connect with the doctors directly. Once we receive notice that these dates are available, we can move to tentatively book your air travel and hotel accommodations.
15.  Reserve your Air Travel: We will work with you to develop an air travel itinerary that best suits your needs. You will have a short period to review this information before having to book the tickets (typically within 7 days.)
    
16. Reserve your Lodging: We will tentatively book your hotel room or apartment. You will need to provide your credit card information at this time. Your card will not be charged in advance, but, only used as a method of reserving your room. Once you arrive at the hotel, you can either choose to use the same card, or another card to settle your bill upon check-out.
17. Deposit 20% of your Total Trip and Procedure Costs with Go Be Beautiful.
    Once we receive your deposit, we will confirm your doctors appointment and hotel room reservations (and flights and ground transportation, if your choose these options).
18. Receive and Review your Itinerary. You will get a complete email itinerary of your travel plans, ground transportation, pre-operative consultations,  surgery or procedure times, recuperation period, and details for your journey to your home.
19. Fly to Beautiful Buenos Aires, Argentina!  Your personal GBB travel companion may travel with you, may meet you at the airport, or may have arranged a car service with a driver who will have a sign with your name on it.
20. Settle into your hotel room or apartment and get down to the real business! Stroll around and do some shopping, more shopping, maybe some sight-seeing. See a show or meet with other GBB travelers for an exquisite meal and some fun.
21. Physician consultation: Your GBB travel companion will accompany you to visit your physician’s office for a consultation. Here, the doctor will review your medical transcripts and conduct additional tests to ensure that you are ready for your procedure. The consultation may be at the time of your treatment.
    
22. Medical procedures: Your procedures will be performed by the best available physicians of your choosing, at a world-class medical facility, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment.
    
23. Post treatment recuperation: When the doctor is satisfied with your condition, you will be released from the clinic or office and driven back to your hotel or apartment to begin the recuperation process. During this time your main focus will be on recuperation. If you are not provided a personal assistant from the clinic or physician (if needed), please feel free to request any assistance from your hospital or hotel staff or your Go Be Beautiful Travel Companion.
24. Post treatment enjoyment: After recovery and if  the physician is satisfied with your progress, you will be given authorization to enjoy some of the interesting attractions your destination offers. You can make arrangements with either your Go Be Beautiful Travel Companion, hotel concierge, or, through one of the local travel excursion companies. Have some fun shopping, dining, sight-seeing and relaxing with fellow travelers or with your Go Be Beautiful Travel Companion.
25. Return home: Upon your arrival home, your GBB travel companion will help you with information or assistance you might need regarding follow-up care, transportation or travel help, and staying in touch with the doctors.
    
26. Get Ready for the Trip of a Lifetime that you help you look and feel  better than before  you left home!
